French Bulldog rescue
Frenchies United Rescue takes in French Bulldogs in Southern California, including dogs from shelters, dogs who were abandoned and dogs whose owners became too ill to care for them. Every dog goes to a foster home before adoption, and fees are set per dog.
Rescue Frenchies often arrive with breathing, spine, skin or digestive problems, and a good rescue will tell you what’s been treated and what still needs care. Ask for the dog’s vet records, plan for follow-up visits, and read our French Bulldog health problems guide so you know what to watch for.
Sources: the rescue’s own website and public nonprofit records, checked October 2026. Available dogs, fees and adoption areas change, so confirm with the rescue before you apply.
