Happy Tails Kennel

Happy Tails Kennel runs a dog daycare in San Luis Obispo, California, open since 1991. Along with daycare, its website lists overnight boarding and grooming. When we checked in October 2026, it had a Google rating of 4.5 stars or higher across at least 50 reviews, which is our bar for listing.

What Frenchie owners should know

We didn’t find details about heat control or small-dog playgroups on its website, so ask about both before you book. Share our Frenchie breathing guide with staff so they know which warning signs to watch for.
