About This Daycare
Tale of the Dog Boarding & Daycare is a dog daycare in Poway, California, open since 2010. Its website also mentions overnight boarding, grooming, pickup and drop-off and cage-free play. It met our bar of a 4.5-star or higher Google rating from at least 50 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
What Frenchie owners should know
Its play areas are climate-controlled, which matters for a breed that overheats quickly. Dogs join only after an evaluation or trial day. Ask how they handle hot days and rest breaks before your first visit. The warning signs staff should know are in our French Bulldog breathing guide.
