About This Daycare
The Dog Place runs a dog daycare in Algonquin, Illinois. Besides daycare, its website lists overnight boarding, grooming and cage-free play. It met our bar of a 4.5-star or higher Google rating from at least 50 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Good to know for your Frenchie
Small dogs play in their own groups, away from rough play with bigger dogs. The play areas are climate-controlled, which helps a heat-sensitive breed like the Frenchie. Dogs join only after an evaluation or trial day. Worth asking before day one: what happens on hot days, and how often dogs get rest breaks. The warning signs staff should know are in our French Bulldog breathing guide.
