Feels Like Home: Dog Care
Dog daycare and boarding
About This Daycare
Feels Like Home: Dog Care provides dog daycare in Santee, California. It has been open since 2010. Along with daycare, its website lists overnight boarding, training and cage-free play. When we checked in October 2026, it had a Google rating of 4.5 stars or higher across at least 50 reviews, which is our bar for listing.
For French Bulldog owners
Small dogs play in their own groups, away from rough play with bigger dogs. Climate-controlled play areas help, since French Bulldogs overheat quickly. Its website mentions staff training in pet first aid or CPR. Ask how they handle hot days and rest breaks before your first visit. Our French Bulldog breathing guide explains the warning signs staff should know.
Sources: the daycare’s own website, plus Google ratings to decide which daycares to include, checked October 2026. Prices and policies change over time, so double-check directly before your dog’s first day.
