emBARK

emBARK runs a dog daycare in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, open since 2005. Its website also mentions grooming and training. We list it because it cleared our standard in October 2026: a Google rating of at least 4.5 stars from 50 or more reviews.

Notes for French Bulldog owners

Small dogs get their own playgroups here, so a Frenchie isn’t mixed into rough big-dog play. The play areas are climate-controlled, which helps a heat-sensitive breed like the Frenchie. Before the first visit, ask how they manage hot days and build in rest breaks. The warning signs staff should know are in our French Bulldog breathing guide.
