Dogtopia of Chesterfield

Dogtopia of Chesterfield runs a dog daycare in Richmond, Virginia, open since 2012. Its website also mentions overnight boarding, grooming, training and live webcams. As of October 2026 it held a 4.5-star or better Google rating on at least 50 reviews, the minimum we require.

For French Bulldog owners

Play areas are climate-controlled, a real plus for a breed that overheats easily. Dogs join only after an evaluation or trial day. You can check in on your dog through live webcams. Ask about their hot-weather routine and rest breaks before your dog’s first day. For the breathing warning signs every daycare should recognize, see our French Bulldog breathing guide.
