About This Daycare
Canine Retreat provides dog daycare in Los Angeles, California. It has been open since 2011. In addition to daycare, the website lists overnight boarding, grooming, live webcams and cage-free play. It met our bar of a 4.5-star or higher Google rating from at least 50 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
What Frenchie owners should know
Before joining, new dogs complete an evaluation or a trial day. Live webcams let you check on your dog during the day. Worth asking before day one: what happens on hot days, and how often dogs get rest breaks. The warning signs staff should know are in our French Bulldog breathing guide.
