Stormy Mountain French Bulldogs

Rodney Rosario and Shauna Powers-Rosario got their first Frenchie, Stella, in 2012 and now run a small boutique program of a couple of litters a year, with puppies raised in their home. They show actively in AKC conformation; their show page lists several Grand Champions and calls CH Echo the kennel’s 11th champion. They describe using genetic testing, breeding to the standard, and avoiding fad types such as ‘fluffy’ Frenchies.
